Celebrating their 50th year, MCD Inc. wanted to commemorate their golden anniversary with a branded promotional piece. The Unfolding Box showcases not only the brand, but also the print finishing capabilities and services the company provides. Done completely in gold and black foil, it features an elegant art deco design on the outside and the MCD logo patterned on the inside. It also features a striking burnished deboss of MCD’s 50th logo on the lid, that mimics the look of a branded piece of leather. After scoring and die cutting, the piece comes together with two interlocking tabs in the middle and the tabbed lid closes it shut — no tape or glue needed!
